Role Purpose

The Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) Project Manager owns the full lifecycle of office moves – from planning through execution to post-move review – coordinating employee relocations within and between buildings with multiple stakeholders. The role combines end-to-end project management, data management, and auditing across the MAC service line, including accurate employee location data and timely floor plan updates. Fast-paced and high-volume, the position typically carries 5-15 concurrent projects ranging from small team moves to full building restacks.

The role reports to MAC Operations Manager and sits within the Operational Readiness team, which integrates two workstreams: MAC (moves and space reconfigurations) and Launch (new or expanded workplace activation). Primary focus is MAC, with exposure to Launch as the portfolio grows. Day-to-day coordination spans the program team, Occupancy Planning, local FM, IT, Security, and Space Data Management. Responsibilities cover the assigned country and area but may extend to regional EMEA support, with occasional travel required.
