The role involves designing, building, and maintaining high‑quality, scalable backend systems using Java 18+ and Spring Boot, deploying on Azure, and collaborating across cross‑functional Agile teams to deliver business‑critical platforms.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java 18+ and Spring Boot with solid OOP design skills.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services (AKS, Azure SQL) and Azure DevOps.
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous programming.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
- Experience with Docker containers and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of secure API authentication (OAuth2/OpenID Connect).
- Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
- Exposure to event‑driven or message‑based architectures.
- Ability to write unit tests and use test‑automation frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
