About this role

Delivering Solutions that Matter:

- Provide manicures, nail trimming, filing, shaping, and basic nail care services to residents while promoting comfort, personal hygiene, and well-being.

- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while respecting each individual's dignity, preferences, and personal grooming needs.

- Follow established infection prevention, sanitation, and safety protocols, including proper cleaning and disinfection of tools and equipment.

- Communicate with nursing staff regarding resident needs or concerns, follow facility policies, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.

Qualifications for Success:

- Must have a current MA Cosmetology or Manicurist license

- Must carry professional liability insurance

- Must have reliable transportation and able to provide a copy of auto insurance if driving to community

- Must be able to provide own supplies and tools to perform services

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members.

- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
