How You Will Make Contributions That Matter….

Dryer responsibilities

- Generally responsible for the accurate and efficient drying of product.

- Runs quality tests on powder products, run’s PH test if required determines powder moistures, and sediments, etc.

- Responsible for maintaining product quality, sanitation of equipment, and housekeeping standards.

- Follows work instructions and cleaning procedures related to drying liquid product.

- Starts up, runs and shuts down the Dryers. Coordinates proper atomization pressures and installs appropriate nozzle orifice disc and swirl chamber to maintain optimum powder moistures in the main chamber and finished product.

Packaging Responsibilities

- Safely Runs machine and observes operation to detect malfunctions.

- Makes minor adjustments or repairs to machine.

- Conduct all quality control measurements and properly fill out production paperwork.

- Inspects filled containers to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications.

- Mechanical/analytical abilities and understanding of dryers, evaporators and packaging equipment;

Pay Range: $31.60 - $37.23
