Love animals AND people? We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the team at Academy Animal Hospital !
We’re not your average veterinary hospital. As a Fear Free Certified Practice , we focus on creating a calmer, less stressful experience for our patients and their families. We care for dogs, cats, exotic pets, and injured wildlife , so there is rarely a boring day!
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and compassion
- Answer phones, texts, and emails with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Schedule appointments and help keep the hospital running smoothly
- Check clients in and out and process payments
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Assist with prescription and medical record requests
- Recognize urgent concerns and quickly involve the medical team
- Help create a calm, organized, Fear Free environment
- Support your teammates and jump in where needed
- Provide compassionate support during both happy and difficult moments
Who We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if you are:

You should be comfortable multitasking, communicating with clients, learning new technology, and staying calm when things get busy.
Previous veterinary reception experience is preferred , but exceptional customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is also valuable.

Pay Range: $19-21/hr
