Potomac Falls Health & Rehab Center is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative Activities Assistant to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will help plan and lead activities that bring joy, engagement, and meaningful experiences to our residents.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with daily recreational and social activities
- Encourage resident participation and engagement
- Help organize games, crafts, music, holiday events, and outings
- Build positive relationships with residents and families
- Support residents in maintaining an active and fulfilling lifestyle
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, positive, and dependable attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with seniors and individuals of varying abilities
- Experience in activities, recreation, customer service, healthcare, or senior care is a plus, but not required
- Passion for creating meaningful moments for others
