• Work in 24/7 Production Environment
• L2 support in financial/banking domain
• Working with Unix/Linux. SQL
• Experienced with tools such as Autosys, Ab Initio Control Center, AWP, Kibana, AppDynamics, Splunk, and ServiceNow (SaaS), working knowledge of Grafana and Informatica
• Handle incident management, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to runbook updates, process improvements, and automation initiatives
