How You Will Make an Impact
- Drive Supply Chain Performance - Execute daily supply chain planning activities to ensure materials, production, inventory, and customer demand requirements are met efficiently.
- Improve Planning Accuracy - Develop and optimize planning system strategies that create reliable signals across the supply chain and improve decision-making.
- Monitor and Optimize System Parameters - Continuously review and adjust planning system settings to align supply with changing business and operational needs.
- Analyze Key Performance Metrics - Track and interpret supply chain KPIs to identify trends, uncover improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
- Mitigate Supply Chain Risks - Proactively identify potential disruptions, shortages, and planning failures while implementing actions to minimize business impact.
- Enhance Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop short-term tactical solutions that improve operational performance.
- Drive Process Standardization - Utilize common tools, processes, and information systems to promote consistency and efficiency across supply chain operations.
- Support Continuous Improvement Initiatives - Participate in process improvement teams and lead efforts that strengthen planning effectiveness, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
