How you can Make a Difference

- Working for Paradies Lagardre provides you with the opportunity to create a meaningful and positive impact on your community and the environment.

- Ensure all tables, counters, and other bar areas are clean and set according to standard.

- Collect empty bottles and glasses.

- Bus tables, load and unload glass washing machines.

- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.

- Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes.

- Change out beer kegs safely, requesting assistance when needed.

- Restock liquor bottles.

- Refill ice bins.

- Remove trash and wipe down drink spills.

- Ensure bar area is stocked with necessary supplies.

- Maintain records and report levels of usage to assist in the reordering process. Ensure delivered items are stored and secured properly.

- Must go above and beyond for guests and other team members.

- Enthusiastically supports decisions once they have been made by management.

- Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.

- Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

- Maintain a clean organized work environment that is free of safety hazards which may include sweeping and mopping.

- Accountable for compliance with all local, state, federal laws, and regulations including those relating to food safety.

- Knowledgeable about menu items and cocktail recipes, preparing drinks to assist bartenders and servers during peak periods.

- Use point-of-sale system to accurately place orders, open tabs, and process payments to assist bartenders and servers during peak periods.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Whether working in an on-trend national brand, or an iconic concept from the local community, you will create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
