Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced MIG Pipe Welders for projects located in or around Pipersville, PA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

- Perform 6G pipe welding in a shop environment

- Weld Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 black steel pipe

- Complete short-circuit and RND root passes

- Perform pulse weld fill and cap procedures

- Fit and weld pipe assemblies according to project specifications

- Produce high-quality welds that meet ultrasonic testing (UT) requirements

- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and weld specifications

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

- Previous MIG pipe welding experience

- Ability to pass a weld test

- Experience with 6G pipe welding

- Experience welding 2" and larger pipe

- Experience with Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 black steel pipe

- Ability to perform root, fill, and cap welds to specification

- Experience producing welds subject to ultrasonic testing (UT)

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
