Serves as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring OCI DevOps tooling is intuitive, interoperable, secure, scalable, and aligned with how modern software teams build, deploy, and operate services. Drives customer escalations and usability improvements to resolution, while proactively identifying opportunities to simplify developer and operator workflows.

Supports go-to-market readiness by developing product positioning, launch materials, demos, early-adopter programs, and field enablement.
