As a Package Consultant: ServiceNow, this role delivers advisory and implementation services across all ServiceNow capabilities, partnering with clients to translate business and operational needs into effective solutions. This involves leading implementations and collaborating with clients to maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment through best-practice process improvement and platform configuration. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Solution Design: Designing, configuring, and optimizing workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations using out-of-the-box capabilities to meet client needs. • Implementation Leadership: Leading implementations from configuration through testing and deployment, ensuring successful project delivery. • Post-Go-Live Support: Supporting post-go-live enhancements and upgrades of medium to high complexity to ensure ongoing client satisfaction. • Process Improvement: Helping organizations maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment through best-practice process improvement and platform configuration. • ServiceNow Configuration: Experience with designing, configuring, and optimizing workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations using out-of-the-box capabilities to meet client needs. • Implementation Management: Experience leading implementations from configuration through testing and deployment, ensuring successful project delivery and handling medium to high complexity projects. • Process Optimization: Experience with best-practice process improvement and platform configuration to help organizations maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment. • Technical Integration: Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems and tools to support business and operational needs. • Solution Delivery: Experience delivering advisory and implementation services across all ServiceNow capabilities, partnering with clients to translate business and operational needs into effective solutions. • Technical Integration: Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems and tools to support business and operational needs. • Solution Optimization: Experience optimizing workflows, dashboards, and reports using out-of-the-box capabilities to meet client needs. • Process Enhancement: Experience with best-practice process improvement to help organizations maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment.
