About this role

About Big Leap Health

Big Leap Health is transforming how interventional psychiatry practices deliver care. We partner with clinics across the country to power TMS and Spravato® services, combining clinical expertise, technology, and payor integration to make high-quality mental healthcare more accessible. These aren't just treatments; they're gateways to resilience, empathy, hope, and strength.

We're building the infrastructure layer for the next generation of in-person behavioral health, replacing administrative chaos with a connected, data-driven operating system that helps practices focus on what matters: patients.

We've raised $10M+ from top VCs and angels, have dozens of customers across the country and are rapidly growing.

The Role

Every clinic that partners with Big Leap is betting that we’ll help them treat more patients and build a stronger practice than it could on its own. The Partner Growth team’s job is to make sure that bet pays off.

As a Partner Success Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of interventional psychiatry clinics offering treatments like Spravato and TMS, and you’ll be accountable for how they perform. You’ll build real relationships with clinic owners, medical directors and front-desk teams, and then you’ll put those relationships to work on what the partner is trying to do: see more patients, add a new service line, open a second location.

We’re a partner-obsessed team. We know each clinic’s numbers before they ask, we raise opportunities before anyone has to come looking for them, and when a partner needs something, we own getting it done, whichever team at Big Leap the answer lives with.

You’ll report to the Head of Partner Growth and work with a high degree of independence. This is an early seat on a growing team. You’ll help shape how the team develops in the coming year, including how we run, what we measure, who we hire, and as the team grows, this seat may pick up direct reports.

What You’ll Do

Grow your partners’ practices

- Own revenue and volume growth for every clinic in your portfolio, and know at all times where each one stands and what’s driving it
- Dig into each clinic’s referral sources, consult-to-treatment conversion, payor mix and provider capacity to find where the next stage of growth will come from
- Review each partner’s treatment offerings with them and look for room to expand, such as adding TMS alongside Spravato, adding a provider where demand is outpacing capacity, or extending hours
- Get creative. Some of the best growth ideas come from a conversation with a clinic owner about what their patients keep asking for
- Back every recommendation with the partner’s own data, and walk them through what it means for patients treated and revenue

Own the partner experience

- Be the primary point of contact for clinic leadership, and build relationships across the practice, from owners to the front desk
- Lead recurring check-ins and business reviews that tie our work to the outcomes partners care about most
- When an issue comes up, own it from start to finish and arrive with a proposed solution

Help build the team

- Spot patterns across your portfolio and turn them into specific improvements with our Product and Operations teams
- Write the playbooks, templates and reporting tools that help the next hire ramp up

Example Projects

- Partner with a clinic owner on a growth plan, covering new services, new payors and added provider capacity, and then help them execute it
- Build a simple model that sizes the revenue opportunity of adding a new treatment offering at a clinic, and use it across your portfolio
- Build the analysis behind a partner’s next location: which market, which payors and how many patients it can realistically support
- Help design how Partner Growth scales as the network grows, including how partners reach us, how requests get tracked and how we keep them informed

About You

- 4 to 6 years in management consulting and/or customer success, provider success, account management, including end-to-end ownership of accounts & meeting growth targets
- You’ve helped a business change how it works, and you can walk us through how you earned the trust to do it
- You think like an operator about someone else’s business. Show you a clinic’s visit mix and payor data, and you’ll start asking where the next dollar of growth is
- You can pull data using Claude from Airtable, a CRM or a messy export, build a clean view in Sheets, and double-check a number before you share it
- You communicate well enough that a partner can act on your guidance without needing clarification or a follow-up
- You genuinely care about the people you support, and it shows in how you follow through
- You use the modern AI stack in your actual work (you know the difference between an MCP and a Claude Skill, or you can show us what you’ve built with something else)
- You’re in (or looking to move to) the NYC area and excited about a hybrid setup (3+ days in person)

Preferred

- Experience in healthcare services or digital health
- Exposure to revenue cycle management, payor enrollment and credentialing, or prior authorization
- Familiarity with Spravato and/or TMS
- Experience leading trainings and coaching clinicians

Expected Compensation

- $130,000 - $140,000

Compensation

$130K – $140K
