General Labor (PR02) – Job Description

The General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of manual labor tasks that support production operations, product quality, and facility cleanliness. This position provides assistance throughout the department as needed to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Perform general production and labor tasks as assigned by supervision.
- Assist with product handling, sorting, packing, stacking, and material movement.
- Support production lines to maintain workflow and productivity.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
- Remove waste materials and keep workstations organized.
- Follow all company safety, food safety, quality assurance, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and changeover activities as required.
- Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Work effectively with team members to meet production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to work in cold, wet, humid, or noisy environments.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Utility Worker – Job Description

The Utility Worker is responsible for supporting production operations by performing a variety of tasks as needed to maintain efficient workflow, product quality, and a safe work environment. This position provides assistance across multiple departments and may be required to perform general labor duties throughout the facility.
