Location: Central Pennsylvania
Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000+ Annually (Uncapped Commission)

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners in their homes for scheduled appointments
- Conduct professional sales presentations using our proprietary tablet-based system
- Build rapport and identify homeowners' remodeling goals
- Design customized bathroom remodeling solutions
- Present pricing, financing options, and product recommendations
- Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale
- Follow a proven sales process that delivers results
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong closing skills and a competitive mindset
- Sales experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
- In-home sales, home improvement, remodeling, automotive, retail, or commissioned sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and money-driven
- Professional appearance and presentation skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local territory
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are available
