This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting / Visualization Analyst with strong expertise in developing executive-level dashboards, business intelligence reports, and KPI-driven visualizations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Power BI, eazyBI (EasyBI), Jira, Airtable, and ServiceNow , along with a solid understanding of data integration, reporting automation, and enterprise reporting solutions.
This role requires the ability to transform complex business and operational data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making, performance monitoring, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development, data visualization, and business intelligence reporting .
- Experience designing and delivering executive-level dashboards and management reports.
- Strong working knowledge of Jira data models, Jira REST APIs, and Jira reporting capabilities .
- Hands-on experience with eazyBI (EasyBI) for Jira reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
- Experience working with Airtable , including data management, reporting, and integrations.
- Experience extracting and analyzing data from ServiceNow .
- Strong understanding of KPI development, performance measurement, and business reporting.
- Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise applications and APIs.
- Proficiency in data modeling, transformation, and visualization techniques.
- Experience with Power Query, DAX, and SQL for data preparation and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.
