Multi-Family Development/Management Group currently seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities in Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee financial and operational performance across a portfolio of communities
- Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and site teams
- Manage budgets, occupancy, rent collections, and expense control
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and LIHTC regulations
- Partner with internal teams (HR, Accounting, Compliance, Maintenance) to drive performance
- Support hiring, training, and onboarding of site-level staff
- Build relationships with vendors, agencies, and local housing authorities
Qualifications include:
- 5+ years of property management experience, including multi-site leadership
- Prior experience as a Regional Property Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing (LIHTC / Section 42) and Fair Housing regulations
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and team leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi (preferred)
