What you'll be doing
As part of the Global Operational Risk Management (GORM) team, you’ll join the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Program team and report to the Director, Operational Risk Program. In this role, you’ll provide leadership and support across program requirements, process improvements, system design and implementation, reporting and data analytics, and change and project management. You’ll contribute to the development of the program strategy, ensuring it aligns with regulatory requirements as well as GORM’s and CIBC’s broader business priorities. In addition, you’ll collaborate across teams and lines of defence to strengthen the program, support key initiatives, and help develop team members.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
