What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Direct daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service.
- Elevate the Experience: Build strong resident relationships, oversee world-class amenities, and implement initiatives that drive satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Drive Performance: Manage operating budgets, financial reporting, occupancy, expenses, and initiatives that maximize property performance and long-term asset value.
- Own Operations: Oversee building systems, maintenance, vendors, capital improvements, construction coordination, and regulatory compliance.
- Build Partnerships: Collaborate with ownership, senior leadership, leasing, and internal teams to achieve property objectives and maintain exceptional operating standards.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of multifamily property management experience, including leadership of large-scale luxury residential communities.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex building operations.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and resident relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with property management technology, preferably Yardi, RentCafe, On-Site, iLuvLeasing, or EliseAI.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Valid NYS real estate license or ability to obtain one within 120 days of hire.
Compensation & Benefits

$200,000–$220,000 annual base salary, plus significant performance-based incentive compensation opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
