Role: Buyer II / Buyer III

- Location: West Melbourne, FL 32904 - On-Site
- Contract Duration: 3 month contract possibility to extension
- Pay Rate: Level II FL $63.09–$83.10 
-                   Level III FL $76.98–$96.22
- Requirement: U.S. Person required - U.S. Citizen,

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end indirect procurement across the full lifecycle, including RFQs, RFPs, catalog buying, negotiation, supplier relationships, compliance, and auditing.
- Focus on COTS, ET/IT hardware (computing, networking, peripherals, test equipment), and aerospace goods and services.
- Collaborate closely with IT and engineering teams on specifications, security, and aerospace traceability.

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience Requirements: Buyer II: 3–4 years of procurement experience.
- Buyer III: 5+ years of procurement experience (indirect procurement preferred).

- Hands-on experience with COTS and IT hardware procurement.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
- Knowledge of aerospace/defense quality standards or category management is a plus.
