About this role
Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Catalog Program Manager to join our Catalog Growth Initiatives team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role is critical to maintaining and improving the quality, accuracy, and scalability of Amazon's product catalog across both 1P (first-party) and 3P (third-party) business models in the Brazilian marketplace.
The Catalog Program Manager will own two key pillars: Catalog Operations (1P/3P) and Brand Registry (1P). On the catalog side, you will manage Data Augmenter (DA) teams responsible for catalog corrections on behalf of Selling Partners and Account Managers, drive the scaling of the ADA program — a critical initiative for Brazil — and coordinate with commercial and central teams on product launches, category expansions, and tool migrations. You will also be responsible for identifying and localizing new programs and products for the Brazilian market, partnering with Catalog Services to build scalable SOPs, and keeping operational documentation and training materials up to date.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage and scale the ADA program for Brazil, driving measurable impact across 1P/3P catalog operations and ensuring alignment with central teams.
- Lead Data Augmenter (DA) teams to execute catalog corrections on behalf of Selling Partners and Account Managers, ensuring data quality and SLA compliance.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Brand Registry (1P), handling escalations (protection roles, selling roles, access issues) and driving 1P GMS Share in Brazil toward 90%+.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with commercial teams on product launches, category expansions, and actions impacting ASINs and catalog quality across the Brazilian marketplace.
- Identify and localize new programs and products from global or central teams to bring to Brazil, closing capability gaps and unlocking growth opportunities.
- Partner with Catalog Services and POE teams to develop scalable SOPs, unblock tooling, and drive CCR reduction initiatives.
- Own program documentation, reporting, and training — maintaining up-to-date wikis, managing QuickSight dashboards, delivering Brand Registry trainings, and participating in the global MBR.
