Turn complex logistics challenges into solutions that win. In this role, you’ll design innovative, customer-focused logistics solutions that help drive new business and bring customer strategies to life. You’ll collaborate with commercial, operational, and customer teams to develop compelling solutions for tenders and RFQs, combining the latest technology, industry best practices, operational expertise, and compliance requirements.
## How you create impact
Design customer-focused logistics solutions for standard warehousing opportunities independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams on larger, more complex solutions, incorporating operational requirements, technology, equipment, and industry best practices.
Analyze customer tender and RFQ documentation and data to develop solution concepts, material flows, process designs, layouts, and other operational requirements that translate customer needs into practical, competitive solutions.
Develop comprehensive costing models and calculations for proposed solutions, ensuring operational, technology, equipment, and compliance requirements are accurately incorporated.
Create and present compelling customer proposals , including solution overviews, layouts, process descriptions, material flows, and supporting documentation, while partnering with internal and external stakeholders throughout the tender process.
Support solution implementation and optimization projects , providing solution-design expertise to ensure proposed concepts are successfully transitioned into operations and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Serve as a subject-matter resource and mentor , supporting the development and advancement of analysts and junior team members while staying current on emerging technologies, market trends, compliance requirements, and industry developments that may impact logistics solutions.
## What we would like you to bring
Bachelors / First University Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
2-5 years Project Management experience
2 years international experience preferred
2-5 years experience in 3rd party logistics or logistics experience
Experience in Ecommerce, Healthcare, Finsihed Goods, Aftermarket, or Operations
20% travel required

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data. #LI-HYBRID
