To produce a consistent product that meets standard operating procedures (SOP) guidelines and customer requirements.
Cutter : Taking sticks of meat off a moving chain or rack and cut it onto a conveyor using a straight knife. This job also requires putting sticks of meat on racks.
Peeler: Taking sticks of meat off a moving chain or rack and placing the links of product onto a table and into a peeling machine to remove the cellulose casing. This job also requires putting rods of meat on racks.
