## About Your Business Area/Department
Amadeus Hospitality develops technology that connects hotels with customers, partners and hospitality platforms around the world. Within the Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS), the Connectivity team develops capabilities that enable information to move reliably between ACRS and connected systems.
Summary of the role
As a Product Definition Analyst, you’ll bridge business needs and technical implementation for ACRS Connectivity. You’ll work with Product, Engineering, Architecture and QA to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications that enable the team to build reliable, scalable connectivity solutions.

In this role you’ll
- Gather, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and technical requirements.
- Analyze end-to-end integration flows, APIs, data mappings, business rules, dependencies and system impacts.
- Work closely with Architects and Engineers to clarify requirements and contribute to effective technical solutions.
- Support backlog refinement, story decomposition, PI Planning and feature readiness.
- Partner with QA to define expected behaviors, test scenarios and acceptance conditions.
- Investigate functional and integration issues and help turn production learnings into product improvements.
- Create and maintain high-quality product, interface and functional documentation while contributing to knowledge sharing across the team.

About the ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience as a Product Definition Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role in a software environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear specifications.
- Experience working with APIs, system integrations, data mappings, XML/JSON or distributed applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with Engineering, Architecture, QA and Product teams in an Agile environment.
- Hospitality, CRS, PMS or distribution/connectivity knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and API or integration technologies is desirable.
