As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep our community running smoothly by handling repairs, preventative maintenance, and resident service requests. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team player who takes pride in their work and creating a great living experience for residents.

Areas of Responsibility Include:

- Complete maintenance repairs and resident work orders in a timely manner.
- Perform general repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain building systems, common areas, and maintenance workspaces.
- Track work orders, maintenance records, and supplies.
- Assist with resident move-ins, move-outs, and contractor access.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and welcoming community.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- 2–4 years of apartment maintenance experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school education preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills; Yardi experience preferred.
- Dependable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.
- Valid driver's license and insurance required.
