About this role
Job Description
Just imagine helping shape the investment decisions that drive business performance across the Nordic market. Then make it real.
About the role
As our Senior Finance Manager, you'll act as the Finance Business Partner for the Nordic business unit, supporting the organisation in maximising top-line and bottom-line performance. You'll be a key member of the Nordic Leadership Team, bringing financial insight to business decisions, leading core financial processes, and strengthening financial governance. You'll help deliver both short- and long-term business results while influencing senior leaders across Western Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Led financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and closing processes.
- Turned financial analysis into clear recommendations that improved investment decisions.
- Delivered commercial finance and investment-effectiveness analysis to support business priorities.
- Built trusted relationships as a Finance Business Partner with senior business leaders.
- Used financial data to support trade-off discussions and business decision-making.
- Represented Finance within leadership discussions and contributed financial insight to strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Worked end-to-end in a Consumer Goods finance role across supply, demand and core finance processes.
- Led improvements to financial governance, controls, or compliance processes while supporting commercial decision-making.
- Built trust and rapport quickly with cross-functional business partners to turn analysis into action.
What you'll build
- Strong Finance Business Partner relationships across the Nordic business.
- High-quality planning, forecasting and closing cycles that support business commitments.
- Better investment-effectiveness decisions through clear analysis and recommendations.
- Stronger financial governance, controls and decision-making practices.
- Greater agility in investment allocation to support changing business priorities.
- Financial insight that helps senior leaders balance trade-offs in an ambiguous environment.
If you've worked in a role where you led annual target setting, in-year estimates and month-end or year-end close activities, you'll feel at home here. If you've used data to influence trade-off decisions with senior leaders and improved governance or investment decisions, you'll find plenty of opportunities to make an impact. What matters most is your ability to move from analysis to insight and build trusted relationships that help the business perform at its best.
Life on the team
You'll join the Markets & Channels Finance Business Partnering team within the CFO Organisation. Together, the team supports markets and channels in delivering the LEGO® Group’s long-term vision and business results. The Western Europe team is diverse, collaborative and connected across locations, working closely toward shared goals. In this role, you'll act as a finance co-pilot to the Nordic leadership team, particularly Sales and Marketing leaders. Success comes through clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, taking ownership, working comfortably through ambiguity, and being willing to stay close to the detail when needed.
What success looks like
You'll help the business navigate complex investment trade-offs while championing investment effectiveness and productivity. You'll strengthen governance and internal-control practices without losing focus on commercial outcomes. You'll work closely with the Nordic Leadership Team, Finance Business Partner colleagues and partners across the wider CFO Organisation.
