Complex Proposals Specialist - Filtration
Do you enjoy transforming technical requirements into competitive customer proposals? Join our global Filtration Service team and prepare complex proposals for upgrades, rebuilds, and spare parts. You will collaborate across functions and with global suppliers to help us deliver high-quality solutions for the mining industry.
The Filtration Service Line supports customers throughout the equipment lifecycle by providing spare parts, upgrades, rebuilds, and consumables.

Your responsibilities
- Prepare complex proposals for filtration upgrades, rebuilds, and spare parts.
- Build cost estimates, pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
- Request and evaluate quotations, lead times, and documents from suppliers.
- Coordinate inputs from Product Specialists, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics.
- Ensure proposals meet scope, margin, quality, and approval requirements.
- Manage proposal priorities, revisions, approvals, and on-time delivery.
- Support Sales with commercial clarifications and proposal follow-up.
What you bring
- A degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field.
- Experience preparing proposals for mining or industrial equipment.
- Strong commercial understanding and cost-estimation capabilities.
- Experience coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Professional English communication skills; other languages are an advantage.
