Who you are:
You are an analytical and adaptable project leader who can independently structure ambiguous problems, build trusted relationships, and translate insights into practical recommendations. You are comfortable influencing cross-functional partners and communicating with senior leaders.

The impact you will have:
As Corporate Strategy Manager, you will independently lead strategic projects and major workstreams across QTS. You will partner with business leaders to define objectives, direct analysis, develop recommendations, and drive initiatives from planning through delivery while ensuring work remains aligned with QTS business priorities.

Job Duties:

- Independently structure and lead strategic projects or major workstreams from planning through delivery
- Direct quantitative and qualitative analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Lead and influence cross-functional partners to achieve strategic initiative objectives
- Develop project plans, milestones, stakeholder engagement approaches, and executive-ready work products
- Present recommendations to senior leaders and incorporate feedback into execution plans
- Apply QTS, industry, and market data to evaluate opportunities and business performance
- Provide day-to-day guidance to project contributors and handle confidential information with discretion

Basic Qualifications

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of overall professional experience
- 2+ years of strategy or management consulting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience leveraging analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to leverage existing problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize program outcomes
- Ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels of an organization
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or other applicable advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of professional experience preferred
- 3+ years of strategy or management consulting experience preferred
- 1+ years of people leadership experience preferred
- Experience with data centers or other capital-intensive industries is preferred but not required

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Virginia. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Virginia only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Virginia with compensation that aligns with your location. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.

The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Virginia, is:
$129,700.00 - 198,428.00
