Pay: $17 per hour
Lost Cowboy Taproom is looking for a reliable, friendly, and attentive Parking Attendant to help oversee our parking garage in Portsmouth, NH.
This role focuses on monitoring the garage, assisting guests with parking questions, and helping ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming experience for everyone visiting our property.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor the parking garage and keep an eye on vehicle and pedestrian activity.
- Greet guests and provide directions or assistance as needed.
- Check proof of validated parking tickets for guests who have dined at our own Lost Cowboy Taproom location (MTDG) in Portsmouth.
- Verify dining receipts or other approved proof of dining to ensure guests receive the appropriate parking validation.
- Help manage parking flow and keep the garage organized.
- Monitor parking activity and communicate any issues to management.
- Report safety concerns, suspicious activity, or maintenance needs.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to guests and visitors.
What We're Looking For:
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests.
- Observant, with good communication skills.
- Able to work independently and stay attentive throughout a shift.
- Previous customer service, security, or parking experience is a plus, but not required.
A Few Important Details:
- Pay: $16 per hour.
- Location: Lost Cowboy Taproom, Portsmouth, NH.
- No driving, moving, or entering guests' vehicles is required.
