About this role

Are you ready to turn complex strategic challenges into clear initiatives and drive them from concept to realised value? And do you want to play a key role in establishing a more structured approach to strategy execution, thereby supporting the leadership team to translate strategic goals into sustainable change?

Then join Coloplast's Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) organisation and put your strategic expertise to work at a company dedicated to making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.

Join the department that connects performance and strategy
You will join our Strategy, Performance and Portfolio department within Digital, Data & IT, based in Humlebæk.
Here, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and peers including portfolio-, finance and reporting management, to support strategic progress and ensure alignment.

Translate strategic priorities into business results
Your primary responsibility will be to drive selected cross-functional strategic projects from start to finish.
While strategic decisions remain with the leadership team, you will be responsible for translating agreed priorities into coordinated execution and tangible results.

More specifically, you will:
• define scope, align stakeholders, facilitate workshops, drive organisational change and ensure that initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes
• identify and develop improvement opportunities across DD&IT operations, shaping strategic initiatives and building business cases to support informed leadership priorities
• establish and drive a structured approach to strategy execution, including governance, regular follow-up and a consistent cadence that supports effective prioritisation and execution
• maintain a consolidated overview of strategic initiatives and run regular strategy check-ins to address progress, risks and trade-offs
• strengthen value realisation and drive lasting change by introducing benefit tracking and change management, while supporting leaders in adopting more structured, outcome-driven ways of working

Business-oriented project manager who drives change
You easily navigate unfamiliar challenges and bring clarity and direction to complex situations. Comfortable handling ambiguity and working in an evolving organisational setup, you combine strong execution discipline with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and bring different perspectives together.

In addition, we imagine that you:
• hold a relevant degree in business, engineering, IT, economics or a related discipline
• have strong business acumen and experience structuring complex problems, developing business cases and connecting strategic initiatives to measurable business value
• bring proven experience in managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholder groups and diverging priorities
• have experience with change management and behavioural change, and are able to create structure and drive execution in environments where ways of working are still evolving
• a Six Sigma Green Belt or a certification in Change Management is a plus, but not a requirement
• a plus if you bring experience with financial analysis, performance management, benefit tracking, value realisation, strategy execution frameworks or enterprise transformation programs
