Maintain integrated risk registers, monitor mitigation strategies, manage scope and cost changes, and oversee contingency utilization to maintain financial control and minimize negative project impacts.

- Document Control & Information Management: Establish and oversee project document management systems to ensure accurate storage, version control, accessibility, and integrity of all project documentation, facilitating effective knowledge management and project close-out processes.

- Project Reporting & Governance: Prepare and consolidate detailed project control reports aligned with governance requirements for stakeholders including the Vice President, Projects, and ABU leadership teams. Deliver executive dashboards highlighting project metrics to support portfolio reviews and audits.

- Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively across multiple departments such as Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Sustainability, and Supply Chain to integrate project controls seamlessly. Provide coaching and foster a culture of accountability and transparency within project teams.
