We are seeking a dependable, energetic, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven Spa Attendant to join our weekend team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in maintaining an immaculate environment, and understands the importance of working behind the scenes while also delivering outstanding guest service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Spa Attendant, you will play an essential role in maintaining the luxury standards of our spa, supporting our service professionals, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.
Guest Hospitality & Experience
• Warmly welcome and assist guests throughout their spa experience.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and attentive presence in all guest areas.
• Assist guests with beverages, refreshments, and other hospitality amenities.
• Monitor guest relaxation areas to ensure a peaceful, comfortable, and luxurious environment.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide assistance while respecting their privacy and relaxation.

Spa Cleanliness & Presentation
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of relaxation rooms, lounges, locker rooms, showers, hallways, and common areas.
• Continuously replenish towels, robes, sandals, refreshments, and guest amenities.
• Ensure all guest-facing spaces remain organized, properly stocked, and presentation-ready throughout the day.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of spa amenities in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and ongoing facility maintenance responsibilities.

Laundry & Operational Support
• Wash, dry, fold, organize, and replenish spa linens, towels, and robes throughout each shift.
• Maintain an organized and efficient laundry operation to support the needs of our service professionals.
• Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas have the necessary supplies for upcoming appointments.
• Assist with treatment room turnovers, including removing used linens, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing rooms for the next guest.
• Monitor supply levels and communicate replenishment needs to spa leadership.

Teamwork & Daily Operations
• Work closely with the Concierge, Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and spa leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Proactively identify tasks needing attention without waiting for direction.
• Adapt to changing priorities, particularly during busy weekend shifts.
• Communicate professionally and promptly regarding facility needs, guest concerns, or operational issues.
• Complete assigned responsibilities thoroughly and efficiently while maintaining Woodhouse Spa's standards of excellence.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in hospitality, spas, hotels, housekeeping, or guest services preferred but not required.
• A friendly, positive, and professional attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Willingness to take initiative and remain productive throughout the entire shift.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physically active duties for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Availability to work Monday, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, including peak weekend hours.
