This role focuses on streamlining operational processes, managing business development center (BDC) activities, and scheduling service appointments to support our companys growth and customer satisfaction objectives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of communication and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks ensuring smooth workflow and process efficiency.
- Support the Business Development Center by handling inbound and outbound communications with customers.
- Schedule service appointments efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction and operational productivity.
- Coordinate with various departments to improve customer service and operational productivity.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to operations and business development.
- Assist in implementing new procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations, customer service, or business development preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency with common office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in CDK software.
