The Role

Working across world-class theatre productions, concerts, comedy shows and live entertainment events, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at Melbourne's newest entertainment destination.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within Crown Live while gaining exposure to Crown Melbourne's premium food and beverage operations. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, creating memorable moments through genuine care, connection and service excellence.

In this role, you'll create exceptional guest experiences through your passion for hospitality. As well as:

- Prepare, service and deliver food and beverage service across bars, foyers and hospitality areas within the Crown Live Theatre.
- Provide friendly, professional and engaging customer service to guests attending a diverse range of live entertainment events.
- Maintain clean, organised and well-stocked work areas throughout service periods.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume environment.

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced hospitality, bar, events or customer service environment.
- A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- Availability to work a minimum of three shifts per week, including evenings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests.
