Established in 1987, Air Liquide Far Eastern (ALFE) is a prominent joint-venture between Air Liquide Group, a global leader in gases, technologies, and services for Industry and Health, and Far Eastern New Century Group. In recent years, ALFE has emerged as the top French company in terms of investment in Taiwan's manufacturing industry. This position is responsible to drive HSEQ compliance and safety awareness by partnering with Operations to implement programs, policies, and training, ensuring safe operations for customers, communities, and employees.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. 熟知公司及客戶端環安衛規範，負責建廠專案環安衛管理。
2. 參與專案工具箱會議及每日環安衛巡檢，統計並追蹤專案環安衛管理績效。
3. 負責承攬商管理及環安衛教育訓練。
4. 安全工作許可證、工作安全分析審核簽核。
5. 組織並參與承攬商協議組織會議。
6. 其他主管交辦事項。
#此職位為客戶端氣體供應系統安裝建置專案，為「定期契約(Fixed)」職缺。聘僱後，將視專案需求轉調其他案場，或依表現提供轉正機會(定期契約適用)。
1. Maintain a strong knowledge of company and customer EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations, and oversee EHS management for equipment installation projects.
2. Participate in project toolbox meetinig and daily EHS inspections; compile and track project EHS performance metrics.
3. Oversee contractor management and conduct EHS training programs.
4. Review and sign off on Permits to Work (PTW) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
5. Organize and participate in contractor safety coordination / committee meetings.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
#This role is assigned to a customer-site gas supply system installation project on a fixed-term contract . Post-hire, reassignment to other sites may occur based on project needs, with potential opportunities for permanent conversion based on performance.

1. 學歷：專科或以上，環安衛相關領域佳
2. 工作經歷：0-2年工安相關經歷，具半導體設備或氣體設備安裝經歷佳
3. Licence: 營造業甲種職業安全衛生業務主管或以上之證照
1. Education: College diploma or above
2. Working experinece: 0-2 years experience in safety & compliance
3. Licence: Class A Occupational Safety and Health Supervisor - Construction Industry or above
