About the Role
Artelia is seeking an experienced Principal Airport ICT and Special Airport Systems Engineer to help establish and develop its APAC airport systems capability, reporting to the regional Airport Division headquartered in Hong Kong.
You will join a growing APAC team delivering complex aviation projects. You will work with engineers, project managers, and architects in a collaborative environment, contributing across design, coordination, and project delivery.
You will bring strong engineering judgement and experience delivering complex ICT and airport systems projects. You will lead design and coordination activities, manage technical interfaces, and progressively take greater responsibility for project delivery.
You will work closely with Artelia’s already well-established technical design teams based in other regions on design development, technical reviews, and coordination, drawing on their expertise to support APAC project delivery.
You will receive mentoring from experienced airport systems technical leads, supporting your development in technical leadership, design assurance, and airport systems integration. This will combine close collaboration on live projects with increasing autonomy and responsibility.
As the workload and project pipeline develop, you will work with the technical leads to identify capability gaps and recruit additional discipline engineers. Together, you will guide and support the expanding team, maintaining consistent design quality and effective coordination across ICT and airport systems.
