สรุปงานโดยย่อ:**
ให้บริการและคำแนะนำด้านการวางแผนการเงินส่วนบุคคลแก่ลูกค้าที่มีสินทรัพย์สูง รวมถึงการบริหารจัดการความมั่งคั่งและผลิตภัณฑ์การลงทุนต่างๆ เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการและเป้าหมายทางการเงินของลูกค้า
ความรับผิดชอบ:**
* สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้ากลุ่มบุคคลที่มีสินทรัพย์สูง (High Net Worth Individuals)
* วิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางการเงินของลูกค้าและเสนอแนะผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสม
* ให้คำปรึกษาด้านการลงทุน การออม และการวางแผนทางการเงินเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายของลูกค้า
* แนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินที่หลากหลาย เช่น กองทุนรวม ตราสารหนี้ ประกัน และผลิตภัณฑ์การลงทุนอื่นๆ
* ติดตามและทบทวนพอร์ตการลงทุนของลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์และความเสี่ยงที่ลูกค้ายอมรับได้
* ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและนโยบายของธนาคารและหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเคร่งครัด
* สร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ และขยายฐานลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง
* ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานภายในธนาคารเพื่อนำเสนอโซลูชันทางการเงินที่ครบวงจรแก่ลูกค้า
คุณสมบัติ:**
* ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาการเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในสายงาน Private Banking, Wealth Management หรือบทบาทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้คำปรึกษาทางการเงินแก่ลูกค้ารายย่อยที่มีสินทรัพย์สูง
* มีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงิน การลงทุน และตลาดทุน
* มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (IC License) หรือใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
* มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
* สามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าและมีความมุ่งมั่นในการให้บริการที่เป็นเลิศ
* มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต มีจริยธรรมในการทำงาน และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
* สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนดได้
* สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
