About this role
## About the Role
We're looking for a RFP Writer to join our Bids & Proposals team. You'll write clear, accurate, persuasive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires, working closely with Product, Engineering, Category, InfoSec, and Legal. Our team uses an AI-powered response pipeline, so a big part of your role will be proofreading and editing first drafts to meet each RFP's requirements, ensuring every answer is accurate, compliant, and ready to submit.
## What You'll Do
- Draft, edit, and finalise responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security and compliance questionnaires within tight deadlines.
- Proofread and edit AI-generated drafts against each RFP's requirements, including scope, format, word limits, and evaluation criteria.
- Research new topics, clients, industries, and regions, then summarize your findings in clear, easy-to-understand language for the team and the buyer.
- Work with subject-matter experts to gather information, asking specific questions and following up until you have what you need.
- Track every mandatory requirement, format, and word limit so no submission is non-compliant.
- Maintain and update the response knowledge repository, keeping content current and consistent.
- Adapt tone, spelling, and terminology for buyers in different markets.
- Upload and submit responses through buyer portals such as Ariba, Coupa, and OneTrust.
