Role Purpose
You will be responsible for driving AI adoption, identifying high-impact use cases, and enabling teams to leverage AI solutions to improve productivity, decision-making, innovation, and business outcomes. The role will act as the bridge between business teams, technology partners, and leadership to champion the organization's AI agenda.
This is a strategic and execution-focused role designed for high-potential talent under Swaraj, providing exposure to digital transformation, business innovation, and emerging technologies.

Experience
- 8 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Analytics, Technology Consulting, Product Management, Process Excellence, or Business Transformation.
- Experience in implementing production grade AI systems with an understanding of business processes of a manufacturing setup
- Proven record of delivering AI led impact projects while collaborating with cross functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Management, or related discipline.
- MBA or Certification in AI/Analytics/Digital Transformation is preferred.
General Requirements
Technical & Business Skills
- Understanding of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Automation, and Data Analytics concepts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI, Azure AI, Google AI, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI opportunities.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
