You’ll need to have :

- A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and plan effectively under broad supervision.
- A background in engineering - whether mechanical, electrical, or civil - will be supported by experience in design, drafting, or construction.
- Confident managing complex technical issues and collaborating across teams to find practical solutions.
- A solid understanding of contract management (particularly NEC), CDM regulations, and be comfortable using systems to maintain accurate records.
- Your communication and facilitation skills will be key, as will your ability to identify improvements and drive progress.
- A degree or equivalent experience in engineering is essential, along with a structured, pragmatic approach to managing risks and delivering results.
