About this role
About Dema
Dema is the agentic operating system for commerce brands. We connect a brand's website, orders, ads, stock, costs and returns into one commerce model, with shared metric definitions all the way down to CM3. On top of that sit marketing mix modelling, incrementality testing and causal attribution, plus chat, apps your team can build just by describing them, and AI agents that run scheduled work and act once the team approves.
Leading brands run on Dema, including Acne Studios, ASKET, Axel Arigato, Represent, NOTHS, Ridestore and Scuffers. On average, brands using Dema's agents grew profit 40% year on year, and users save around 34 hours a month.
Marcus Tagesson, Henrik Hoffman and David Feldell founded Dema in 2022. As ecommerce operators themselves, they set out to give every brand the kind of analytics usually reserved for the industry's giants. Today a team of 30+ engineers and growth experts builds Dema from Stockholm and London.
The role
London, in office.
You'll turn Dema's strategic partnerships into a predictable source of qualified pipeline. You'll own our relationship with a key partner end to end, with more to follow, and you'll be measured on the qualified opportunities our partners bring us. This is a role for someone who wants to take a live programme and make it their own from week one.
What you'll do
- Own Dema's strategic partner relationships day to day, from senior sponsors to the account teams who make introductions.
- Turn partnerships into a repeatable referral engine: agree the model, build the process and run it.
- Qualify referred brands against our ideal customer profile before handing them to an Account Executive.
- Equip partner teams to introduce Dema well, with talk tracks, qualification guides and co-branded materials.
- Report on referral volume, quality and conversion, and use that data to decide where to invest.
Who you are
- You've worked at an ad platform, a paid media agency or a martech company, and you know their partner mechanics well. This is essential.
- You know how ad platforms, agencies and brands work together, and what each one needs from a partnership.
- You're commercial. You think in pipeline and revenue, not just relationships.
- You can take existing context, get up to speed on the product fast and run with it as your own project.
- You're organised and persistent, and comfortable working across several partner teams at once.
What we offer
- £50–70k base salary with a performance bonus.
- 25 days' holiday plus UK public holidays, private health insurance and pension.
- Real ownership of a programme the business is investing in, with time in Stockholm alongside the wider Dema team (typically once a month).
