Application Lab Technician

We are looking for a hands-on Application Lab Technician to help bring our color expertise to life, right in the lab. Sitting at the heart of our technical operations, you will craft samples, run application tests, and independently produce high-quality visual content that showcases our products to customers. Working closely alongside our application specialists, your support will be essential in powering customer projects, dynamic campaigns, and the growth of our business.

What you'll do:

- Work alongside application specialists in crafting, testing, and evaluating food color formulations
- Autonomously create samples and capture high-impact photography for marketing assets, customer presentations, and product campaigns
- Prepare samples, document R&D progress through accurate visual records, and perform routine analytical measurements for internal and customer-facing projects
- Assist in coordinating and setting up customer trainings, workshops, and interactive online sessions
- Collaborate with fellow lab technicians to maintain high safety, cleanliness, and operational standards within the laboratory environment

What you'll bring:

- Ability to capture food samples in their best light, ensuring photos look as appealing as the real product
- Background working in a lab, kitchen, or food-handling environment. Technical support experience is a plus
- High attention to detail, a strong eye for precision, and an enthusiasm for hands-on experimentation
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to effectively support technical deadlines
- Strong English communication skills to collaborate smoothly within our international team
- Proficiency in German is a distinct advantage
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic image editing (e.g., Adobe Photoshop)
