In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
- Supporting the execution of qualitative and quantitative user research across key shopping touchpoints and multiple product categories.
- Conducting user interviews, usability tests, surveys and many other research methods to identify customer needs, friction points, and opportunities.
- Synthesizing research findings into clear, structured takeaways, user journeys, and actionable recommendations.

- Tracking industry best practices and innovative UX solutions to inspire and support the product team.
- Actively participating in internal research community rituals, skill-building workshops, and team learning initiatives.

- Have around 1–2 years of professional experience in a business or project environment (this doesn’t have to be purely in UX - experience in social research, customer discovery, market research, or related fields is welcome).
- Have hands-on experience planning or conducting research projects involving direct user interviews, or qualitative/quantitative data collection.
- Possess strong critical thinking and analytical curiosity, with an eagerness to understand how users think and make decisions.
- Demonstrate genuine business awareness and interest in e-commerce trends, user behaviors, and digital products.
- Are great active listeners with clear, concise communication skills - comfortable engaging with new people, facilitating conversations, and presenting findings.
- Welcome feedback with an open mind, while being able to back up observations and recommendations with substantive arguments.
- Are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing project timelines in an agile setting.
- Speak and write fluent Polish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2).
- A plus: Experience facilitating workshops, public speaking/presenting at meetups or conferences, or a background in cognitive science, psychology, sociology, or human-computer interaction.
What's in it for you:
- Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
