About this role

Are you an experienced corporate fundraiser who is passionate about cultivating and securing new partnerships?
Following the Corporate Partnerships Team’s recent success and future ambitions, we’re looking for two Senior New Partnerships Managers to focus on winning new, innovative six- and seven- figure corporate partnerships.

What does this role do?

As Senior New Partnerships Manager, you’ll:
- create and manage a pipeline of high value corporate prospects, cultivating and nurturing relationships through meetings, events, and cultivation plans, consistently delivering against targets,
- delve into untapped markets to proactively identify new partnership opportunities, using sector knowledge and market insight to identify areas for growth,
- develop and design innovative partnership propositions, thinking outside the box to maximise the potential of possible partnerships and build pitches and business cases that align with our strategic objectives,
- work closely with internal stakeholders to develop proposals and spot opportunities, while also collaborating with the partnership management team to effectively hand over new partnership deals.
Please note, our corporate partnerships sub-teams focus on New Partnerships and Partnership Management respectively. Both of the available roles are within the New Partnerships team.

First stage interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for 16th and 17th November 2026 and will take place on Teams. Second stage interviews will be at our London office on 24th November 2026.

Could this be you?

As one of our senior fundraisers, you’ll need proven experience of cultivating and securing six-figure corporate partnerships, from development to close and conversion. Ideally, we’d like to hear from candidates with experience of developing multi-faceted, strategic partnerships that embrace new approaches and ideas, while remaining highly commercially astute. You’ll need strong communication skills with the ability to write compelling proposals and negotiate effectively, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills.

What does this team do?

Over the next five years, we aim to significantly increase funds from corporate partners, charitable trusts/foundations, and major donors. The Corporate Partnerships Team is made up of two teams; New Partnerships, who find and bring on new partners, and Partnerships Management who deliver our partnerships, providing an excellent experience, and spotting opportunities for uplifts in income and impact.
