Intern CPO Invoice Validation | Roaming Excellence (m/f/d)

Make an Impact by:

- Become part of our Roaming Excellence team and help us build high-quality processes for a sustainable e-Mobility future.
- Take over key tasks in the tool-based CPO (Charge Point Operator) invoice validation process, carefully reviewing results for errors or discrepancies.
- Identify errors and derive improvement potential with our Operations experts.
- Help with CPO invoice workflow status reporting: monitor processing status, prepare reports, and communicate progress to key stakeholders such as Accounting and Partner Management.
- Assist with CPO dispute communication, liaising directly with CPOs to clarify data discrepancies.
- Take ownership of continuous process enhancement and automation by reviewing subprocesses and deriving improvements with our data specialists.

Your Profile

- Currently in the second half of a degree program, or already graduated, in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Available to work full-time as an Intern in our Munich or Berlin office, for 6–12 months.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint with strong presentation skills; experience with data reporting tools is a plus.
- Initial experience in Operations or Process Management, contributing to workstreams, ideally in a digital environment.
- Skills in workflow automation (e.g. n8n) and dashboarding (e.g. Power BI) are a plus.
- Strong relationship-building and intercultural skills, able to work with and positively influence diverse stakeholders.
- Curious and motivated to build deeper insight into the e-Mobility business.

At DCS, we develop public charging solutions. Our solutions, in the form of an app or in the head unit of the car, provide access to multiple networks of Charge Point Operators (CPO) and enable drivers of electric vehicles to find, use and pay for charging in an easy and seamless way. Therefore, by providing this service, we are a key player in the change to electromobility.

Since the beginning of 2019, we are a part of the mobility joint venture between BMW Group and Mercedes Benz Mobility. In 2021, bp joined as the third shareholder.
