About this role

The Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, gathering, and preparing products according to assigned orders while meeting established production goals. This position requires frequent heavy lifting, bending, reaching and standing throughout the shift. Associates must follow proper safe-lifting techniques, use correct body mechanics, and request assistance when handling heavy or awkward items. Associates are also expected to safely operate assigned warehouse equipment, follow all safety procedures, maintain accuracy, and meet daily production expectations. The ideal candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and capable of maintaining consistent productivity while prioritizing workplace safety.
