Your Profile:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and document business requirements.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with good organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of Functional Analysis and software development processes.
Your role:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support the translation of business needs into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Assist in process mapping, gap analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in project meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and user stories.
- Support testing activities by validating requirements and expected outcomes.
