Where You Make An Impact:

- IT Compliance Improvement & Monitoring: Take ownership of identifying compliance gaps, driving improvements, and actively engaging with stakeholders to ensure IT compliance processes remain effective and fit for purpose.
- Internal Control Environment: Actively work with teams across the organization to establish, strengthen, and continuously improve IT controls, ensuring compliance requirements are embedded into daily operations.
- IT Compliance Audits & Action Plan Management: Independently plan and conduct compliance reviews, follow up on findings, challenge the status quo where necessary, and drive action plans through to completion.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and monitor IT risks, partnering with stakeholders to implement practical mitigation measures and strengthen the organization's risk posture.
- Evaluation of Systems: Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted partner who seeks out opportunities to improve compliance, raise awareness, and drive accountability.

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration, Risk Management).
- Professional experience in IT compliance, IT audits, and risk management in an industrial sector
- Strong background in project and change management
- An action-oriented, self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where success depends on actively engaging with people, challenging existing processes, and taking ownership of outcomes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to approach stakeholders, ask questions, and drive topics forward without constant direction.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
