Descrizione del lavoro

We are looking for a Mid-Level Civil Engineer to join our Civil Design team. The successful candidate will be involved in the technical delivery of multidisciplinary projects, contributing to the production of technical and design documentation, BIM modelling, quantity take-offs and cost estimation, coordination of project interfaces, and support to project delivery activities.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in civil and infrastructure engineering, a rigorous approach to document quality, and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining direct interaction with clients and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop civil engineering designs across all project stages, including feasibility, preliminary, detailed, and construction design.
- Produce and review high-quality technical drawings and engineering deliverables.
- Develop and manage discipline-specific BIM models, ensuring consistency and compliance with project standards.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.
- Support technical coordination across multiple disciplines, including structures, MEP, architecture, environmental, and geotechnical teams.
- Manage interfaces with clients, partners, and project stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Participate in design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination workshops.
- Ensure quality control of project documentation and the accurate preparation of final deliverable packages.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules, company standards, and contractual requirements.

Qualifiche

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 6-8 years of experience within engineering consultancies, design firms, or infrastructure-related organisations.
- Sound knowledge of civil and infrastructure design principles.
- Proven experience in the production of technical drawings and engineering documentation.
- Experience with BIM software and workflows, preferably including Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Experience in quantity take-offs, measurement, and cost estimation.
- Broad technical knowledge across the following areas: Highway and roadway design; Utilities and underground services; Drainage and stormwater management systems; Hydraulic infrastructure; Civil works associated with infrastructure projects.
- Good knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Fluent in Italian and English.

- Willingness to work from the office when required by project needs, coordination activities, or client engagements.

This role is covered by the CCNL Commercio e Terziario applied by the Company.
