About the Opportunity
Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a client with over 18 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism and developmental disabilities.
This opportunity is ideal for certified RBTs with at least one year of experience who are passionate about helping children develop essential skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
- Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
- Collect behavioral data and accurately document client progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and families to support treatment goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA therapy or working as a Behavior Technician required.
- Bachelor's degree NOT required.
- Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention techniques.
- Strong communication, patience, and reliability.
- Ability to travel to clients' homes.
- Availability during afternoons, evenings, or weekends.
